Help Us Promote Our Annual Conference
We started this association in December of 2022 for three main reasons, which you can find right here, and the membership response has already surpassed our goal for 2023. So, thank you very much for that!
Our first Annual Conference is coming up in October and the challenge is to get word out about the event to the over 80,000 licensed mental health providers in the State of Texas alone. And that doesn't include the massive number of holistic healthcare support companies that exist as well. It's a massive, extremely expensive, and almost impossible job to do which is why we need your help. We're asking you to help us spread the word to your fellow licensees.
Annual Conference and How You Can Help
Phillip has put together a social media ad which you can distribute and link directly back to the Conference information page. Here's what it looks like:
Simply download the ad file from the link below and save it to your Desktop (or wherever you want to save the file). You'll also find it for download on the Digital Assets page on the association website.

Distribution Ideas
Here's a few ways you can easily get the word out.
1. Tell everyone at your weekly staff meetings.
If you have a weekly or monthly counselor/staff meeting please tell your colleagues about the conference. Easiest thing to do might be to show them this blog post or email the link to the conference page to them: https://associationformentalhealthprofessionals.org/annual-conference/
2. Email that ad to all of your counselor friends.
We suggest that you embed the ad (like we did above) rather than just attach it where it might get missed. Then make the ad "clickable" by adding this link to it: https://associationformentalhealthprofessionals.org/annual-conference/
3. Email that ad to all of your holistic healer friends.
Know anyone who has a holistic healing practice that might want to attend or exhibit or both? Send them the ad!

4. Upload the ad to every social media counselor group that you belong to.
Upload the ad and make sure to include the hyperlink with it to make the ad clickable. https://associationformentalhealthprofessionals.org/annual-conference/
5. Upload the ad to every holistic healing group that you belong to or know of.

6. Publish the file as an ad in your newsletter (if you publish one).
7. Write a blog post about our upcoming conference.
If you write posts, of course. Call and interview me or Phillip about the conference and, bingo!, there's your post. Include the ad and hyperlink it to the conference page with this link: https://associationformentalhealthprofessionals.org/annual-conference/
Permission Granted
If you can think of anywhere else to post this ad so that other counselors and holistic healers might see it, you have our permission to post. And our many thanks. Let's fill the room!
We got this.
