Our exhibitors attend our conferences because they want to be a part of either the treatment or business support teams that our counselors and other professionals are building.
This is your opportunity to meet a group of mental health professionals who utilize an expanding wholistic approach with their clients. They would love for you to explain to them how you and your services fit into and enhance their wholistic treatment plan options, or how your business service offering can make running a practice easier.
Please know that there are a limited number of exhibitor slots available and once they're gone, they're gone, so don't delay.
If participation as an Exhibitor or Sponsor is out of your budget then consider participating as an attendee. As an attendee we will happily include your reasonable promotional item or printed materials in our attendee SWAG bags which will be distributed at check-in on Day 1, and you can still "work the room" over the three-day conference.
Note: Last-minute exhibitor registrations are always welcome but please know that you run the risk of not having your information printed in the conference materials or your promo items included in the SWAG bags. But you are welcome. Plan ahead!

Exhibitor Booth Spaces
Note: Exhibitors will exhibit on Days 2 and 3 only. Exhibitors will be allowed to set up following the completion of Day 1's workshop events at approximately 5PM.
We offer (3) different booth sizes so find the one that fits your exhibit layout needs and budget, then let's talk. Most of our exhibitor booths are in the main room where all of the daily attendee activities take place. That means you'll hear all the speakers and panels, and have full-time exposure to the attendees. We do a "roving mic" interview feature throughout the day which gives us a chance to shine the spotlight on you and your company and give away one door prize from you each day.
Single Company Exhibitor Table - $850
- (1) company represented, max (1) person per table (includes provided food, both days)
- (1) additional person from your company, add $400 (includes provided food, both days)
- May bring (1) door prize, per day. (Optional)
- Includes: (1) 6' skirted folding table, (1) chair, wall placard with company name, attendee list. Electricity available; bring your own power cords & strips.
- Designated Exhibit Area Space: 8.5'w x 5'd. Includes table area, 2.5' behind the table where the chair(s) will be positioned, and 2.5' on one side of the table for a total usable space of 8.5'x5'.
Two Company Exhibitor Table - $1,350
- Max (2) companies represented
- Max (2) people per table, (1) person per company (includes provided food for both people, both days)
- May bring (1) door prizes per company, per day. (Optional)
- Includes: (1) 6' skirted folding table, (2) chairs, wall placard with company name, attendee list. Electricity available; bring your own power cords & strips.
- Designated Exhibit Area Space: 8.5'w x 5'd. Includes table area, 2.5' behind the table where the chair(s) will be positioned, and 2.5' on one side of the table for a total usable space of 8.5'x5'.
Single Company 10'x 12' Booth Space - $1,550
Got a larger display set-up? If your materials won't fit in a 8.5' x 5' space then this option may be for you.

If your display materials won't fit in a 10' x 12' space then this option may be right for you.
