The Six Pillars Diary

This 6″x9″ diary is a tool to help you and your patient track their activities in the six categories that make up “The Six Pillars”: Nutrition/Food, Sleep, Water, Exercise, Chemicals, and EMF’s. One diary will allow your patient to track up to three weeks of activity which you, the counselor, can analyze in your efforts to make sure the basics in the first 4 categories are optimized and the environmental assaults represented in the Chemicals and EMF’s categories are acknowledged, addressed and mitigated.
